Carlos presents a detailed cost proposal, starts quickly and always finishes on or ahead of schedule that he commits to. Carlos always completes the work for the inital budget he provides, unless you choose to add something extra. He never hits you up for suprise additional money at the end of the job, like other contractors typically do. His crews do quality work and always clean up after themselves. Carlos is very communicative and lets you know when workers will arrive, what work will be done that day, and any decisions you need to make in order to keep the project on schedule.

From my first meeting at my unit with Carlos at Transom it was very clear that he is a true professional and I wanted his company to do the work. He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and paid attention to the little details that wasn’t the case with the other contractors I met with. Carlos provided me with a detailed bid that was very fair and reasonable. We closed the deal and his crew began demo shortly after that.
